High-Protein Orange Tofu Crunch Salad 🍊🥗 | No Sad Salad Ep 8

🍊🥗 Recipe :

* In a bowl, add sliced purple cabbage + 1 large onion (sliced) and sprinkle salt (as per taste). Let it sit for a few minutes to release excess water, then rinse once to remove extra salt and set aside.

* Grate 200 g tofu, add 1 tsp oil, salt, pepper, chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder (as per taste) and 1–2 tsp soy sauce. Mix well and air fry at 200°C for 15 mins or until slightly crispy.

* In another bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing ½ cup yogurt, 1–2 tsp vinegar, juice of ½ orange, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp chilli oil, and chilli flakes (as per taste).

* In a large bowl, add the cabbage-onion mix, pour the dressing, and toss everything well.

* Top with roasted peanuts + sunflower seeds (as required), add the crispy tofu, and serve. 🥗✨
