👉 For Gravy:
– 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
– 1 Onion (roughly chopped)
– 2 Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
– Ginger (long cut pieces)
– Garlic cloves
– Green Chillies
– Whole spices (Khade Masale)
– Dry Red Chillies
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 2 tsp Coriander Powder
– Salt (as per taste)
– Kasuri Methi

👉 For Stuffing:
– Paneer (mashed)
– Finely chopped Ginger
– Finely chopped Green Chillies
– Finely chopped Coriander
– Finely chopped Onion
– ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
– Coriander Powder
– Cumin Powder
– Salt

👉 Main Ingredient:
– Tinda (peeled & hollowed)

👨‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Step 1: Prepare the Base
1. Heat 2 tbsp desi ghee in a pan
2. Add cumin seeds
3. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies
4. Add chopped onion + whole spices + dry red chilli
5. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder & coriander powder
6. Sauté lightly (no need to overcook)

Step 2: Make Gravy
1. Let mixture cool, then blend into a smooth paste
2. Heat ghee again, add cumin
3. Add prepared paste
4. Cook for 1–2 minutes
5. Add water & bring to boil
6. Add kasuri methi + salt

✅ Your gravy is ready!

Step 3: Prepare Tinda
1. Peel tinda and cut top
2. Scoop out inner portion to make space for stuffing

Step 4: Make Stuffing
1. Mash paneer
2. Add ginger, green chillies, onion, coriander
3. Add spices + salt
4. Mix well

Step 5: Final Cooking
1. Stuff paneer mixture inside tinda
2. Place stuffed tinda in gravy
3. Cover & cook for 10–15 minutes until soft
