🥯 Ingredients (6–8 buns)
• 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
• ½ cup almond flour
• 1 cup finely chopped spinach
• ½ cup thick curd (dahi)
• ¼–⅓ cup water (adjust slowly)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp mixed herbs / oregano
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Optional: 2 tbsp grated cheese

👩‍🍳 Method (Adjusted for Almond Flour)
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
2. Mix besan + almond flour + spices
3. Add curd + spinach + oil → mix well
4. Add water slowly → make thick, scoopable dough (not batter)
5. Add baking powder + baking soda → mix gently
6. Shape buns (wet hands help a lot here)
7. Top with sesame seeds / chilli flakes ✨
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes (longer than oats version)
Let them come to room temperature before touching
