The easiest way of mushroom fry with fewer ingredients must be the Mushroom fry – with bok choy and red onion. It is so healthy but yet a comfort food ☺ Whenever I doubt what to eat, I just grab my wok and stir fry some veggies. It is perfect to eat as a main dish or side dish with proteins.

MUSHROOM FRY – with bok choy and red onion 🍄
Ingredients
– 400 gr mushrooms
– Bok choy
– 2 small red onions
– 2 – 3 TS olive oil
– 1 ts salt
– 1/2 black pepper
– 1 TS sesame
– 1/2 cup chopped parsley ( I used frozen)
*You can also add tamari. It would taste good too.
