Ingredients:
• 500g farmer cheese/quark
• 3 eggs
• 300g rolled oats
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 50g linseeds
• 50g pumpkin seeds
• 50g chia seeds
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Using wet hands, form the mixture into a loaf and bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 60 min. Cool and enjoy!
