1.whole wheat flour/atta – 2 cups
2.Spinach/palak-1 cup/2 handful
3.salt to taste
4.Ghee/oil-1 tbsp
For stuffings
1.Paneer – 1 cup
2.Garam masala-1/4 Tbsp
3.Red chilli powder – 3/4 tbsp
4.Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
5 Coriander leaves
6.Salt-1 Tsp
7.jeera – 1 /2 Tbsp
