🧾 INGREDIENTS

For Dhokla Batter:
– 400 grams Paneer
– 2 tbsp Isabgol (Psyllium Husk)
– 2 tbsp Curd
– Green Chillies
– Ginger
– Salt (as per taste)
– Black Pepper Powder
– Turmeric Powder
– Water (optional, if needed for consistency)

For Tempering:
– Desi Ghee
– Mustard Seeds (Rai)
– Curry Leaves

Serving Suggestions:
– Green Chutney
– Tamarind Chutney

👨‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
– Take 400 grams paneer.
– Add 2 tbsp Isabgol.
– Add 2 tbsp curd.
– Add green chillies and ginger.
– Add salt as per taste.
– Add black pepper powder and turmeric powder.
– Blend everything in a mixer until smooth.
– Add a little water if needed to achieve a smooth batter consistency.

Step 2: Prepare the Mold
– Grease the mold generously with desi ghee.
– Pour the prepared batter into the mold.

Step 3: Steam the Dhokla
– Add water to a pressure cooker.
– Place a stand or container inside.
– Put the mold inside the cooker.
– Remove the pressure whistle.
– Steam for 7–10 minutes.

Step 4: Cool & Cut
– Remove the dhokla from the cooker.
– Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
– Cut into square pieces.

Step 5: Prepare the Tempering
– Heat desi ghee.
– Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
– Pour the tempering over the dhokla.
