Palak / Spinach
½ Cup Rice
½ Cup Moong Dal
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt as Required
¼ tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp Jeera / Cumin seeds
Ginger & Garlic – Finely Chopped
2 Green Chillies
2 Medium Size Onions
2 Medium Size Tomatoes
¾ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 Red Chilli
1 tsp Ghee
5-6 Cashews
