DONUTS: INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour 108g
Cane sugar 40g
Eggs 2 medium sized
Butter 1 tablespoon
Curd 2 tablespoon
Milk 2 tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder a pinch
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt a pinch

For garnish
Chocolate ganache
Crushed roasted almonds
Desiccated coconut

METHOD:
1. Seive the Wheat Flour at least twice before using in the batter.
2. Use a hand blender to beat both the eggs till you get a frothy texture.
3. To this, add the cane sugar, butter, vanilla essence and nutmeg.
4. Add the Wheat Flour to the liquid Mix in parts and beat well till you have a thick batter.
5. Line a Donut Pan with Butter, pour the mix in it.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
7. Dip the donuts in Chocolate Ganache.
8. Garnish with roasted almonds or coconut.
