Bread upma is a South Indian style breakfast or snack made with bread & spices. Bread Upma is quick and easy Indian breakfast recipe. This vegetarian recipe uses leftover bread. It takes 10 mins to prepare this dish, i have twisted the recipe using paneer to upma, it make more delicious, healthy and rich in protein. Try at home and enjoy with your family and friends.

Ingredients:
Brown bread
Paneer cubes
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard – 1/4th tsp
Cumin – 1/4th tsp
Crushed ginger
Green chili – 2
Onion – 2
Curry leaves
Tomato -2
Turmeric – 1/4th tsp
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4th tsp
Salt to taste
Lime juice
Coriander leaves
