1/2 can garbanzo beans
1/2 English cucumber
1/2 Bell pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable Soup-
3 potatoes chopped
2 small white onions chopped
1 pound frozen mixed vegetables
2 quarts vegetable broth
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Sheet Pan Dinner-
variety of vegetables
carrots, butternut squash, zucchini, onion, cabbage, peppers etc.
