Oats & Sprouts Khichdi with Vegetables & Paneer
Ingredient list
1 cup oats
1 cup sprouts
75gm paneer
1 onion
½ cup peas
1 carrot
¼ cup corns
1 spring onions
handful of coriander leaves
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic paste
½ ginger paste
½ chilli flakes
½ black pepper
½ tsp peri-peri masala or garam masala
water 3.5 to 4 cups
serves: 2-3
Quinoa & Moong Dal Pulao with Spinach, Peas & Broccoli + Flaxseed Raita
Ingredient list
FOR PULAV:
½ cup quinoa
½ cup yellow moong Dal
½ cup peas
½ broccoli
2 cups chopped spinach
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp degi mirch
½ tsp chili flakes
1/2tsp garam masala
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
1 onion
1 tbsp cow ghee
water 2 cups
FOR RAITA:
2 cups curd
1 tsp roasted flax seed powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tomato
½ onion
handful of coriander leaves
cooking time: 20 min
serves: 2
Besan Dosa with Palak Paneer Stuffing
Ingredient list
for stuffing
200 gm chopped spinach
200 gm paneer
½ tbsp mustard oil
1 onion
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp dhania powder
½ tsp degi mirch
½ tsp shahi paneer masala
½ tsp chaat masala
for roll
1.5 cup Besan
¼ tsp Haldi
salt to taste
water as needed
serves: 2-3nos.
