This quick breakfast is what I feed my toddler because it is a great hearty breakfast and super satiating. It is an easy toddler breakfast that is fun for them to help with creating and adding their own ingredients! You can also make a little extra to meal prep for the next day or few days! I mean why not!

This healthy overnight oats recipe make at least 2 breakfast for Mom and toddler or it can equal up to 4 breakfast for your growing toddler.

What you need to make the magic:
2 cups of oats
1 ½ cups of liquid (water, milk, almond milk or coconut milk)
½ – 1 tsp of pure vanilla
A glass jar for the oats overnight
Ingredients for toppings
Banana
Blueberries
Unsulphured shredded coconut
Maple syrup
Avocado
Strawberries
