In a bowl add 1 cup curd
• Add handful of fresh Coriander
• Add 2 cups water and whisk it to make buttermilk
• In a pan add Desi Ghee
Add 1 cup Rawa, on a low flame roast it for 3-4 minutes
and keep it a side
• In a pan add Desi Ghee
• Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
• Add 1 Tsp Urad Dal
• Add 1 Tsp Chana Dal
• Add 1 Tbsp Peanuts
Add 8-10 Cashew nuts and sauté it until Peanuts and
Cashew turns lightly brown
• Add 10-12 Curry leaves
• Add 1 Tsp chopped Ginger
• Add 2 chopped Green Chilies
• Add 1 chopped Onion and cook it until onion turns translucent
• Add your favorite veggies
• Add Salt and on a high flame cook it for 2-3 minutes
• Add roasted Rawa and mix everything
• Add 3 cups Buttermilk, keep stirring and cook until it
thicken
• Switch off the flame, cover it for 5 minutes and Enjoy!
