I used to enjoy it since childhood but Jatin never even heard of this rice recipe – Black Chana Pulao. But I am happy that he loved it and now we make it quite often at home. He even prefers to take it for his office lunch too.

It is such a simple Indian vegetarian recipe that doesn’t need many vegetables or spices. Just some khada masala and salt. That is it. And still, it is so much full of flavors and a healthy recipe too. This rice recipe has the goodness of chana.
