Ingredients:
-3 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (1,360g)
-3 lbs Baby Potatoes (1,360g)
-3 Bell Peppers, diced (450g)
-1 Large Onion, diced (200g)
-8 oz Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (226g)
-2 Cups Part-Skim Mozzarella (224g)
Seasonings (for potatoes):
-1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
-1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
-2 Tsp Salt
Seasonings (for beef):
-1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
-1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
-1 Tsp Salt
-1 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
1.) Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Toss chopped potatoes with seasonings and air fry 18–22 minutes until crispy.
2.) Cook ground beef in a skillet with seasonings. Add onion and bell peppers and cook until beef is browned.
3.) Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
4.) Divide potatoes into 8 containers, top with beef mixture, cool, and store.
