This bowl brings together protein from hummus, fiber from quinoa, and a boost of healthy fats from seeds—supporting digestion, sustained energy, and overall nourishment. A simple, balanced meal that feels as good as it tastes ✨

Salsa :
Ingredients:
Onion – 2 chopped
Tomato – 4 chopped
Green Chilli – 2
Garlic – 2 pods
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander – a handful
Lemon Juice – 1/2 a lemon
Salt

Pulse this in the mixer grinder and transfer it to a bowl. Mix in 3 tbsp of Tomato ketchup (optional)and it’s ready! 🙂

Hummus:
Boiled Chickpeas – 2 cups
Garlic – 3 big ones
Roasted Sesame – 1+ 1/2 tbsps
Thick Curd – 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice – Juice of half a lemon
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Water – just s slash if needed to grind it smooth.

Salad :
Purple Cabbage, Red & Yellow Bell Pepper, Lettuce.
Season with chopped green chilli, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Top it up with roasted sesame and pumpkin seeds while serving.

I made quinoa for the bowl. You can swap it with herb rice as well.
