Gond ke laddu are given to ladies after delivery also as they are quite nutritious and keeps the body warm from inside.

Ingredients:
ghee –
Edible Gum (Gond) : 3 tbsp
Lotus seed (Makhana) : 1/2 Cup
Almond & Cashew (Kaju – badaam) : 1 Cup
whole wheat flour (Aata) : 1.5 Cup
Sugar (Cheeni) (to taste) :3/4Cup
