This cheela made with Poha and Paneer is light, protein-rich and perfect for summer mornings
With a simple mustard tadka twist, it turns crispy on the outside and soft inside — totally worth every bite 💛

Ingredients
1 cup poha (soaked)
¼ cup paneer
½ cup suji
1 inch ginger
1 green chilli
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Little red chilli powder
Water/curd as needed

Vegetables:
Carrot
Beetroot
Capsicum
Curry leaves
Coriander

👩‍🍳 Method:
Soak poha for 5 minutes and drain
Blend with paneer, suji, ginger, chilli, spices + water/curd
Rest batter for 10–15 minutes
Add vegetables and mix well
Heat tawa → add ghee + mustard seeds
Pour batter, spread and cook both sides till golden & crisp
