Healthy Tuna salad/ Easy and best salad recipe
Tuna salad is a great way to eat healthy and a completely balanced meal. I prefer it for dinner as it keeps the stomach lite and easy. Very appetizing and nutritious specially for weight loss and fitness.

INGREDIENTS:
Tuna- 1 can
Garlic- 1 clove, grated
Carrot- ½ cup, chopped
Tomato- 1 no, chopped
Pickled cucumber- ½ cup, chopped
Red pepper- ¼ part, chopped
Green pepper- ¼ part- chopped
Celery- 1/2 cup, chopped
Onion- ½ no, chopped
Red radish- ½ cup, sliced
Cabbage- ½ cup, chopped
Lettuce- 1 cup, chopped
Parsley- ¼ cup, chopped
Dil- 1 tbsp, chopped
Salt- to taste (less the better for your health)
Pepper powder- ½ to 1 tsp
Vinegar- 2 tbsp

Preparation Time- 15-20 min
