NEER DOSA🍽️

INGREDIENTS :

RICE – 3 CUPS
COCONUT – 1 CUP
ONION – 1 small size

METHOD :

1. In a bowl, Add 3 cups RICE.

2. Wash and soak rice for 3-4 hours or overnight.

3. In a mixer jar, Add RICE, COCONUT, sliced ONION and SALT.

4. Grind smoothly along with water.

5. Transfer to bowl🍚.

6. Add as much water.

7. Batter must be watery.

8.Heat tawa on high flame🔥.

9.Pour batter.

10.Cover and cook for few minutes.
