Ingredients

Ghee
Wheat flour
Gond katira
Jaggery
Almonds

Take ghee in a non stick kadai add wheat flour and mix continuously cook till flour changes its color and gets brown and raw smell vanishes then add gond katira powder ( grinded gond in mixer ) cook well then off the flame and add crushed jaggery and some almonds

You can also store it in a air tight container for 15 – 20 days
