Hey friends, today we’ll make a creamy and delicious Paneer Egg Sandwich. It uses hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and paneer (cottage cheese) slices, to make a delicious and easy sandwich. It is a very simple recipe, and is ready within minutes. These sandwiches are a great snack and breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Chaat masala or Dried mango powder (aamchur powder)
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 Tbsp fresh coriander or Parsley leaves, finely chopped
Butter and bread slices
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp mustard oil or any oil
1 tsp tomato ketchup or red chilli sauce
Paneer slices (cottage cheese slices)
1 Tbsp oil for pan frying paneer
Bread, butter, 2 tsp tomato ketchup or red chilli sauce for every 2 slices of bread
