Ingredients
150 gms of Cottage cheese or Paneer pieces
4 Tomatoes cut into pieces
2 Green chillies
1 Big onion cut into pieces
1 Spoon of Fennel powder
1 Spoon of Coriander powder
A quarter spoon of Turmeric powder
Half a spoon of pepper powder
Salt to taste
10 ml of oil
500 ml of water
Preparation
Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. Add the onions and saute till golden brown. Add salt to taste. Mix and saute. Add the garlic pieces. Add the tomato pieces and saute and mix.Crush the tomato pieces to make a nice paste. Add the green chillies , coriander powder, fennel powder . pepper powder and turmeric powder. Saute and mix all the ingredients together. Add the cottage cheese pieces and saute and mix well. Add 500 ml of water and mix all the ingredients well. Close and cook for 25 minutes.After 25 minutes take off the flame and serve
