Hello everyone,

Today’s recipe is a healthy and tasty oatmeal banana bread that will fit your macros and work great as a healthy carb snack. I love to eat this bread with breakfast or after a workout as a quick carb source! The preparation is fairly quick and you can get very creative with the additional ingredients! Dry ingredients:
1.5 cups of oats (blended until flour-ish looking texture)
3-4 TBSP of chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds
1 TSP of baking powder
2-3 TBSP of 100% cocoa powder/cinnamon
2-3 TBSP of sugar/stevia/natural sweeteners
Pinch of salt

Wet ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 TSP of vanilla extract
1-4 bananas
1-2 scoops of banana whey protein
1.5 TBSP of honey

Mix things up and toss it in the pre-heated oven to 350-360 F for about 40-45 minutes or until desired consistency is reached!
