Today I’m sharing my 7 tips to eat more greens and feel amazing! I think greens are one of those foods that we just don’t get enough of so Im sharing my favourite ways that don’t include a salad to give you some inspiration and ideas on how to eat more leafy greens.
Simple Kale Chip recipe:
1 head of kale de-stemmed and roughly torn
Massage with 1 tablespoon of avocado or olive oil
season with spices, salt and pepper
Bake at 300F for 15 minutes, toss then bake again for another 15 minutes until crispy.
