Ingredients for single 90 Sec Bread or 2 waffles
– 3tbls Almond Flour
– 1 tsp Braggs Nutritional Yeast
– 1 egg
– 1/16 tsp (pinch) of salt
– 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
– 1/4 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
– 1tsp Bone Broth Or Unflavored Collagen Powder
– 1 tbls Melted Butter
– additional step for waffles – add 1 tbls water – this creates steam which makes for a lighter fluffier bread waffle
— whisk egg well. Add all other ingredients and whisk until well blended

— if making 90 sec bread in microwave, spray dish with non stick spray pour in batter and cook for 90 seconds
Turn out on rack and let cool before slicing

— for waffles, spray waffle iron and pour in 1/2 batter per waffle ( if you multiplied the recipe 1/4 C per waffle should work)

— set timer for 3 min. Remove and place on cooling rack.
