The Instant Pot I am using **** **** works SUPER for this Instant Pot pot roast. 👍 👍 👍 It is the Instant Pot Lux 6-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker 6 quart with the 12 One-Touch Programs. If you are making this beef roast recipe for hubby and children like I am, the 6 quart is a perfect size. If you are cooking for only yourself, maybe consider the 3 quart and just make half of what you would make with the 6 quart.
