Palak ( spinach ) chilla is a delicious and healthy recipe or tiffin recipe for kids. It is very easy to prepare and it requires few mins including preparation time. It not only looks good but also tests awesome. Kids love this chilla very much. One can give it in the tiffin for short break or breakfast.
Ingredients:-
1 cup blanched palak ( spinach ) puree/paste (while blanching palak I have added 1 pinch baking soda to keep nice green colour intact and if you don’t know how to blanch palak then I will put my video link of Palak Corn Pulav recipe in the description box where you can see how to blanch palak),
1 cup gram flour/ besan atta,
¼ cup rice flour,
½ medium size onion chopped,
Some coriander chopped,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp coriander powder,
2 pinch carom seeds,
½ tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
¼ tsp garam masala,
Oil to roast chilla as needed.
