This dish made from sweet potatoes is perfect when you are tired of eating dishes made from potatoes. Sweet potatoes are versatile and can be prepared in both sweet and savory dishes, making them an exceptional carb option for most people.
The antioxidants in sweet potatoes provide gut benefits by promoting the growth of healthy gut bacteria. Sweet potatoes are incredibly rich in beta-carotene.
Samo rice which is also known as bhagar is gluten free, less in calorie. It also has less sugar content in it , so it can also be considered by those ailing from diabetes. It can also be included in your diet food.
It is rich in mineral content and has carbohydrate, proteins and vitamins to give energy.

Ingredients:-
2 nos. – Grated sweet potatoes
1/4 cup – Samo rice powder
1/8 cup – Roasted peanut powder
2-3 nos. – Chopped green chillies
1/8 cup – Chopped coriander
1 tsp – Cumin seeds
1 tsp – Salt
2 tbsp – Oil
Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, add grated sweet potatoes, samo rice powder, roasred peanut powder, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, cumin seeds and salt. Mix everything well with each other.
2. Now in hot pan, put 2-3 tablespoons of oil and take out some amount of earlier made mixture and put it on hot oil and flatten it.
3. Cover it with lid & cook for 3-4 minutes. Then remove lid and flip the mixture and cover it & cook for 3-4 minutes. Cook both the sides till both the sides becomes brown and crispy.
Yummy sweet potato fritters are ready to serve.
