One should always start their day with a healthy and a filling breakfast , and here’s a recipe for it – RAVA UPMA. Doesn’t require much time to make and serves as a very handy option for Lunch Box as well!

Ingredients Used :

Finely chopped onion ( 1 small)
Finely chopped tomato ( 1 small)
Curry Leaves ( 10-15)
Finely chopped ginger ( 1 tsp)
Finely chopped green chilli ( 2 nos)
lemon ( 1/2 nos)

Urad Dal ( 1 tsp)
Cumin seeds ( 1 tsp)
Mustard seeds ( 1 tsp)
Cashews ( 5-6)
Rava ( 1 cup) ( 150 gms)
Water ( 3 cups) ( triple the quantity of rava)
Salt ( 2 tsp)
Red Chilli ( 1 tsp)
Sugar ( 1 tsp)
Oil ( 1 tsp)
