Paneer Sandwich is a quick and easy lunch box or snack idea for kids. This is healthy and filling . check it out!!

Pinwheel sandwich is a tempting and eye catching Sandwich which is extremely easy to make and its everyone’s favorite. Children love it. Customize this recipe with your favorite sauce and vegetable, You will love to make it again n again
Ingredients-
6 bread slices, wholegrain / white bread
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 cheese slices
¼ carrot, grated
2 tbsp grated lettuce
1 tbsp Olives
Pepper slices
salt to taste
¼ tsp pepper, crushed

How to make it-
1. Take 3 bread slices and cut the edges from all 4 sides.
Do not waste the sides, you can prepare bread crumbs from it.
2. Roll them flat using a rolling pin.Roll as thin as possible.
3. Now apply butter to each bread slices.Then apply green chutney , mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup on each slice.
Also place a cheese slice over the Mayonnaise layer.
4. Place the bread layers over each other to form three colorful layers.
5.Next place very little grated carrot and lettuce. Add your favorite vegetables.
6. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
6. Next, slowly roll the sandwich tightly holding all three bread slices. Wrap it in a cling wrap and refrigerate it for 20 to 30 mins.
7. cut the rolls into 1 inch pieces or as desired.
8. Pack these fun Pinwheels in your kids lunch box, they will ask for more.

Cheesy Spinach Corn Sandwiches are very delicious and easy to make. You can make it for breakfast , as an evening snack or pack in your lunch box. An easy way to feed spinach to the Kids.They will love it.
Ingredients-
8 White/ Brown Bread Slices
2 tbsp Processed Cheese
1 cup Spinach leaves
1/2 cup Boiled Sweet Corn kernels
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp All purpose flour /Maida
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp Italian Herbs/ Oregano
Minced Garlic
Olive oil

How to make it-
1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add garlic and spinach and cook until the spinach is soft . Add in the boiled sweet corn Kernels , mix well and cook for another 2 mins. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

2.In the same pan, put some butter and olive oil. Add in flour and saute till lightly coloured. Add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

3. When the sauce thickens add salt, pepper,chili flakes,italian herbs , roasted spinach & corn mixture and cheese . Mix well. Switch off the stove.

Avocado Sandwich-
A healthy and nutritious sandwich filled with avocado, cheese and spinach for a creamy and
Ingredients-
2 Ripe and Soft Avocados
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped Bell Pepper
1/4 cup desseded & finely chopped Tomato
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro or Coriander leaves
1 clove of Garlic minced.
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 slices of bread
3 cheese slices
baby spinach leaves
Butter

How to make it-

1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place in a bowl.
2. Using a fork or a Masher , roughly mash the avocado.
3. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. The Guacamole is ready. spread it on bread slice.
5. Put the cheese slice and top it with fresh baby spinach leaves.
6. Apply butter on both the sides and toast it in a sandwich toaster or pan until its crisp and golden brown.
