Kachhumber Salad/Easy Quick kachhumber Salad
Kachhumber Salad is a fresh, crunchy salad that doesn’t need any cooking. I often make this salad with my Indian meals, as this salad taste amazing with Indian food. You can serve Kachumber Salad as a side dish along with your everyday Indian meals or it even tastes delicious along with Chicken or Mutton Biryani, Vegetable Biryani or any Pulav of your choice. Main veggies used in this salad are cucumber, tomato, onion and radish. Used some freshly chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon juice. Very simple and easy quick recipe. Try this crunchy kachhumber salad you will definitely love it.

1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 onion
1 radish
1 green chilli
1 lemon
3 tbs coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
