Hi! Welcome back to our channel. Today, I am going to share a video about easy Recipe of Lamb Curry Punjabi Style
Super duper easy recipe of Lamb karahi is here. The karahi tastes absolutely like we eat in restaurants and to give it more authentic dhaba style taste, coal smoke can be given at the end.

Recipe

1 cup oil.
Half kg lamb.
1 cup ginger garlic water(5 cloves of garlic and half inch piece of ginger blended with water)
7 medium tomatoes. Cut in halves
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
5 green chillies
Ginger julienne
Chopped coriander leaves

Heat up the oil in a pan and fry lamb in it until all the water is dry and lamb gets brown marks on it like fried lamb. Add ginger garlic water in it. Half cup at a time. Fry until the water is dry
Place the tomatoes on top of lamb with skin side up and cover for 10 minutes on medium heat. Take the skin off tomatoes. Mix them well. Add all spices and mix well.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until lamb is properly cooked.
Place green chillies, ginger julienne and sprinkle some garam masala on top and cover for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Amazingly delicious lamb karahi is ready😋
