Sharing Moong daal chilla recipe for kids/ Toddlers / Fussy eaters
Ingredients for Moong Dal Chilla /Yellow gram crepes :
Yellow moong daal : half cup soaked overnight
Coriander leaves : few strands chopped
Amchur powder : 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
carom seeds : pinch
Oil : coconut oil
Salt to taste
Method
1)Soak Yellow lentil/ Yellow Moong dal overnight in the water.
2)Drain and grind it and add amchur powder and salt to a smooth batter.
3)Heat a tawa and grease it. Spread lentil batter on to a pan or tawa.
4)Drizzle a little oil and cook on medium heat till the underside is done.
5)Carefully flip over, drizzle a little oil and cook till the other side is done too.
Add flavoured hung curd and ur favourite fruit toppings. .
