🔸 Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup onions finely chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes finely chopped
4 mushrooms chopped
2 tsp jalapeños
2 tsp olives chopped
2-3 eggs beaten
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup coriander chutney
2 cheese slices
2 toasted bread
Handful of salad leaves
1 cube processed cheese.
🔹For the Garlic Mayo:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2-3 garlic pods minced
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Spring green chopped for garnish Method.
🔹Method:
In a pan on a low flame add oil, garlic paste, onions and sautée
Add in the tomato and remaining ingredients
Add in the beaten eggs, milk and season
For garlic mayonnaise add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk
Toast the bread on both the sides and spread the chutney
Place the cheese slices, salad leaves layer and layer of the Spanish bhurji
Grate some cheese on top and cover it with chutney bread
Pack the top for office lunch and enjoy with garlic mayo
