Ingredients:
-1 packet of tofu shirataki (20 calories)
-3 oz of chicken (or any protein)
-2 servings of Classico Fire Roaster Pizza Sauce (25 calories/serving)
-Grate Parmesan cheese (20 calories/serving)
-1 pinch of fat free cheese
-1 garlic and cheese breadstick (Trader Joes-120 calories/slice)
Directions:
1. Rinse/wash the tofu shirataki. Add to a pan and cook until it boils. Rinse/wash the tofu shirataki again.
2. Add chicken and sauce to the pan of tofu shirataki. Mix and stir.
3. In a pan, spray 0 calorie olive oil in a pan. Place breadsticks and heat in medium heat until the bread sticks are crispy.
4. Top the spaghetti mix with fat free cheese and grate Parmesan cheese.
5. Enjoy with your breadstick! 😉
