In this series I’ll show you how quick and easy healthy eating is.
This episode features my super easy to make protein ice cream for a healthy snack full of antioxidants and minerals!
INGREDIENTS:
-200 gr plain non-fat greek yogurt
-1 scoop whey protein (I use an isolate and hydrolized one)
-15 gr cocoa powder
-25 gr almonds
PREPARATION:
Put the ingredients in a blender, mix everything for a few seconds and it’s done.
Serve with your favourite topping!
LOWER CALORIE VARIATION:
With the ingredients above I obtained a 340 calorie ice cream. But if you want to opt for an even lower calorie variation just take out the almonds and the calories will go down to 200.
