With everything going on in the world right now it wouldn’t hurt to have some freezer meals prepped ready to go in your freezer; less work for you, and less grocery shopping! I always love to have freezer meals on hand for those busy days that turn into busy nights and as the clock ticks away I realize, I have nothing prepared. On those days I can throw a freezer meal straight from the freezer to a hot oven and in about one hour it’s ready to eat! (regardless of how the directions tell me to defrost it. lol)
