Hello and welcome! My Name is Isabell and I am a Mommy Vlogger posting Cleaning, Cooking, and lifestyle Content. Todays video is a cook and prep with me! I am ding a little bit of prep for my family to have quick and healthy snack options (fruit, cheese, eggs, vegetables) and making supper. For dinner we are having a really simple stuffed shells recipe.
My stuffed recipe was adapted from a recipe on allrecipes.com but I like to put my own twist on food, so this is what we made… it was delicious!
1 box jumbo shells (you could probably get by with a half box, but we ate a bunch of plain noodles lol)
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 16oz container of ricotta cheese
About 2 cups mozzarella cheese
About 1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded carrot
1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
Directions:
First bring a pot of water to a boil and add noodles, until al dente. Once cooked drain and set aside
Then in a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs, add container of ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella cheese, and the cup of parmesan. Blend well
Next combine pasta sauce and shredded carrot.
Add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of a pan, stuff the shells with the cheese and put open side up into the pan, top with layer of sauce and the other half of the cheese.
