This has been my most popular recipe shared on my Instagram till date. I have a ton of other recipes used through out my Thendral Detox days. Eating Vegetable and fruits can be so boring, even for me. So I’ve came up with my own exciting meal Ideas to keep me going through my detox period.

My Hummus recipe started of as an experiment but MY OH MY what a game changer it has been for me. This helped with my Detox Thendral Raw Vegetable & Fruit Diet days. Just a heads up It’s a bit Grainy in texture and taste but that’s obvious as the chickpeas are uncooked, soaked and sprouted overnight.

This is NOW my permanent comfort snack and I intend to keep it that way.
