Easy to make Healthy tasty Protein Rich bread at Home.

Ingredients:
– 2 cups high protein flour (you can mix soy flour/besan flour/ragi flour with normal bread flour)
– 3/5 tablespoon butter
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 table spoon brown sugar
– 1/2 cup warm water
– 3/4 teaspoon active yeast
Note : Bake for 35 minutes at 200 degree Celsius

Quick tips :
– Yeast can be tricky at first. The trick is to make sure the water is not too hot.

– When it’s properly kneaded, the dough should be stretchy and smooth.
