I am using Keto Tofu Shirataki noodles to make my dishes in this video, but if they are unavailable to you, you can substitute with zucchini noodles. I have made 3 different recipes to eat keto noodles. One is with a peanut sauce. The second one is in a Thai red curry sauce and the last one is a simple Alfredo sauce with steamed broccoli. I have kept my keto noodles mostly vegetarian with an exception of the Thai recipe where I have added steamed Chicken breast. You can ass you own choice of protein or leave it vegetarian. The idea behind making this video of Keto Tofu Shirataki noodles three ways was to show you guys how I cook on a regular day and how I eat my food. I add whatever I have on hand and make a mix and match of the various spices or sauces that I have, I must admit that being a foodie I have a lot of these spices and sauces in my fridge but you can substitute them as er your taste or liking.
