This ground chicken burger recipe is a delicious and moist ground chicken burger that is quick, healthy and easy to make. Adjust the spices to your liking. One of my favorites. Enjoy.

The BEST Healthy Ground CHICKEN BURGER Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pounds ground chicken

1/2 cup panko crumbs
1/2 cup milk

In a bowl mix the panko crumbs and milk and set
to the side for 15 minutes until the crumbs absorb
most of the milk

1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of salt to taste

In a large bowl add the chicken, moist panko crumbs
and all the seasonings. Mix and incorporate well.

Form burger patties. I got 6 nice size chicken burgers
from this recipe.

Place under broiler and broil each side for 3-5 minutes.
It depends on the thickness and size of your patties.
Make sure they are cooked thoroughly.

Serve on the bread or bun of your choice.
Serve with the fixins or condiments of your choice.
