This week, I’m determined to keep my meals simple and fresh while still keeping to my HHM meal math: 1 green veggie + 1 bright veggie + lean protein + complex carb + healthy fat. From tacos with veggie casserole over the weekend to cauliflower steaks with leftover corned beef and the kale filled Mac n Cheese I have planned. Are you using it? Is it helping you?
