Some ingredients you can use in this wrap:

Carbs – White rice, brown rice, quinoa, vermicelli noodles

Produce – Avocado, cucumber, bell peppers, green onions, cilantro

Protein – Eggs, fried tofu, ham, spam, chicken, beef, pork
