Who doesn’t love Nandos? I’d eat it everyday if I could afford it – honestly don’t think I could get bored of the stuff.I’ve heard people say it’s over rated and I can see that argument; it’s not 5* fine dining but its reasonable and I find it always comes out hot, fresh and tasty so I dont understand what their beef is (or in this case chicken).
However you can make it from home very easily, especially considering now you can get hold of their sauces, marinades and coat n’ cook kits. You can also very simply make a dressing at home using chillis, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil however I find the pre-made stuff cheap and easy to pick up as well as it being very low calorie but make your own if you would prefer. Here’s the ingredients for this weeks meal preps:
1kg chicken breasts
Peri Peri marinade (as much or as little as you desire)
Green Veg of your choice (I opted for Broccoli, Green Beans and Sugar Snaps)
1 Sweet Potato and 1 regular potato (try and buy loose to save plastic!)
