This recipe is my go-to snack or on the go breakfast. It is easy and simple. If you cut this up into small squares, each square is about 100 calories. If you are vegan or just want to reduce the calories even more, cut out the eggs. I have lost 30 pounds by restricting calories 3 – 4 times a week. Restricting calories is not for everyone but it works for me.
Recipe:
5 bananas
1 apple
1 cup of oats
1 cup of plain oat flour
2 eggs
cinnamon
pinch of salt
vanilla extract
1/2 cup of water
Preheat oven to 475 degrees and bake at 400 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
