This is a super easy recipe with all natural, simple ingredients that probably have at home already. It’s so easy to make, my 10 year old daughter can whip some up on her own in no time! Although, I must say we do thoroughly enjoy making them together, we are always thinking up new variations and ingredients to use. Some of our favourites are, mini dark chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and pumpkin spice! My favourite thing about them is how healthy and nutritious they are.
These are great for breakfast with your morning coffee, a snack for on the go, and with a cup of afternoon tea!
I do enjoy these best same day, but they keep very well for about 5 days in the fridge.
