– 1tbsp renees ceaser drsng
– 1/2 cup cauliflower rice

– 1 allmax vanilla whey isolate protein powder
– 1/2 cup milk (i used unsweetened cashew milk)
– 1/4 avocado (to make it creamy… you can’t taste it, i promise)
